Jobber Core vs Connect vs Grow: What You Actually Get at Each Price Jump (2026)
Is Jobber Core $29 or $49 a month? Both, depending on billing. Here are Jobber's regular 2026 prices for Core, Connect and Grow on every billing option, and exactly which features each price jump adds, checked against Jobber's own pricing page.
Prices checked Oct 30, 2026 on each vendor's official pricing page. Software companies change prices and run promos often, so confirm before you buy.
Ask "how much is Jobber?" and you'll get three different answers. Some people say $29 a month, some say $49, and for the past few weeks some have said $21. They're all quoting Jobber's own pricing page, just different parts of it. Then there's the bigger question: what do you actually get when you move up from Core to Connect to Grow?
This guide answers both. Every price and feature below comes from Jobber's official pricing page and its plan comparison table, checked on October 30, 2026, the last day of Jobber's "save up to 40%" promotion. Prices are regular prices in USD and exclude sales tax.
Why you see $21, $29, $39 and $49 for the same plan
Jobber offers three billing options, and the pricing page shows the annual prepaid price unless you switch the toggle:
- Annual (prepaid): you pay the full year up front. Jobber says that if you cancel mid-year you keep access until the term ends, but the payment is non-refundable. Core is $29/mo this way ($348 a year).
- Monthly, 1-year commitment: billed monthly with a 12-month minimum. If you cancel, you keep being billed until the 12 months are up. Core is $39/mo.
- Monthly, no commitment: cancel any time. Core is $49/mo.
The $21 was promotional. Until October 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT, new customers could get Core at $21/mo for 12 months on annual billing, $24/mo for 3 months on the 1-year commitment, or $35/mo for 3 months with no commitment. Jobber's terms say the offer was for new customers only. From October 31, new customers pay the regular prices in the table below, which were unchanged when we checked on the last day of the promo.
Our monthly vs annual billing guide does the break-even math on prepaying. Short version: a prepaid year of Core costs the same as about 7 months of no-commitment billing.
Jobber's regular prices in 2026
| Users included | Core | Connect | Grow |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $29 / $39 / $49 | $99 / $119 / $139 | $149 / $169 / $199 |
| 5 users | Not offered as a tier | $149 / $169 / $199 | $229 / $259 / $299 |
| 10 users | Not offered as a tier | $229 / $259 / $299 | $299 / $349 / $399 |
| 15 users | Not offered as a tier | $299 / $339 / $399 | $399 / $429 / $499 |
Core is listed only as a 1-user plan. Its price card says you can add users for $29/mo each, but there's no 5-user Core tier. Above Grow sits Plus, sold through Jobber's sales team, starting with 5 users at $399/mo annual, $439 with a 1-year commitment, or $499 with no commitment. For 16 or more users, Jobber asks you to contact sales.
What every plan includes (Core)
Jobber Core is a complete quote-to-invoice system for one person. According to Jobber's comparison table, it includes:
- Client manager (CRM), lead tagging, request forms and the client hub, where clients approve quotes, check appointments and pay invoices
- Online booking and scheduling
- Professional quotes and invoices, progress invoicing, tips and instant payouts (for an extra 1%)
- Online card payments at 2.9% + 30¢, Tap to Pay at 2.7% + 30¢ and bank (ACH) payments at 1%. These rates are the same on every plan.
- A simple website, the insights dashboard and financial, client and work reports
- Jobber AI Voice and AI Chat, the mobile app, the app marketplace, the Home Depot integration and 1-on-1 product support
What Core doesn't do is anything automatic after the job is booked. No reminders, no follow-ups, no automatic card charges. It also has no QuickBooks sync, no time tracking and no checklists.
Jump 1: Core to Connect (+$70 a month annual, +$90 no commitment)
This is the jump most recurring-service businesses make. Connect adds:
- Automated client notifications. Appointment reminders, plus on-my-way texts you send with one click.
- Automatic payments. Charge a client's saved card for recurring work.
- Automated quote and invoice follow-ups by email or text, auto-drafted quotes from new requests, and high-value quote alerts.
- Checklists on jobs and assessments.
- Routing and GPS tracking for your team.
- Time tracking and expense tracking, with expense, salesperson and team productivity reports, and custom fields.
- QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, plus Zapier and Gusto integrations.
- White-glove onboarding: 2 sessions of up to 2 hours.
Is it worth it? If you clean, mow or service the same clients every week or two, automatic reminders and auto-charging cards are most of what you want software for. That's why cleaners and lawn crews who start on Core often end up here. If you're a handyman doing one-off jobs and you don't mind texting "see you at 9" yourself, Core can be enough for a while.
For a two-person business, Connect with 1 user plus one $29 extra user is $128/mo billed annually. At three people, the 5-user tier ($149 annual) is cheaper than 1 user plus two extras ($157).
Jump 2: Connect to Grow (+$50 a month annual, +$60 no commitment)
Grow is the plan Jobber puts you on during the free trial, so it's easy to get used to its features. It adds:
- Two-way text messaging with clients, in one inbox (US, Canada and UK). This is the feature people most often assume Connect has. It doesn't.
- A custom automation builder for your own client and internal messages.
- Job costing: real-time profitability from the materials, labor and expenses you track.
- Automatic time tracking, using geofenced location timers that start and stop visit timers.
- Optional line items and markups on quotes, so clients can tick add-ons themselves, plus quotes with images and reviews. Jobber notes that reviews on quotes need its Reviews add-on.
- Images and attachments on invoices, and "Find a Time" scheduling suggestions based on availability and travel time.
- White-glove onboarding: 3 sessions of up to 3 hours.
Is it worth it? Grow pays off for businesses that quote bigger jobs with options (a landscaper offering mulch and edging as add-ons, an HVAC tech quoting good/better/best) or that want to see which jobs actually make money. If you mainly want to text clients back and forth, compare the $50 to $60 a month difference with simply texting from your own phone.
What's an add-on, not a plan feature
Three products are paid add-ons on Core, Connect and Grow, and included on Plus:
- Receptionist (AI that answers calls and texts and can book jobs): $29/mo
- Pipeline (a sales pipeline for requests and quotes): $49/mo
- Marketing Suite (a customized marketing plan and content): $99/mo
You can't buy two-way texting or job costing as an add-on to Core or Connect, at least not according to the pricing page. Those come with Grow.

Which Jobber plan should you pick?
Core ($29 annual / $49 no commitment): solo, mostly one-off jobs, and you're fine sending reminders and chasing invoices yourself. Pay monthly until you're sure.
Connect ($99 annual / $139 no commitment for 1 user; $149 / $199 for 5): recurring clients, a small crew, or you want your books synced to QuickBooks. This is where most cleaning, lawn care and pest control businesses land.
Grow ($149 annual / $199 no commitment for 1 user; $229 / $299 for 5): you quote bigger jobs with options, want job costing, or live in two-way text threads with clients.
A tip for the trial: the trial runs on Grow, so make a note of which features you actually used in those 14 days. If you never opened the text inbox or a job costing report, you probably don't need Grow.

Frequently asked questions
Is Jobber Core $29 or $49 a month?
Both. Jobber Core is $29/mo if you prepay a year, $39/mo on a monthly bill with a 1-year commitment, and $49/mo with no commitment, for 1 user (regular prices on getjobber.com/pricing, checked Oct 30, 2026). Jobber's pricing page shows the annual prepaid price by default, which is why $29 gets quoted most.
What did Jobber's pricing change to after the October 30 promotion?
Nothing changed in the regular prices. The "save up to 40%" offer (for example, Core at $21/mo for 12 months on annual billing) was for new customers who subscribed by October 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. After that, new customers pay the regular prices: Core $29/$39/$49, Connect $99/$119/$139 and Grow $149/$169/$199 for 1 user (annual / 1-year commitment / no commitment).
Which Jobber plan has two-way texting?
Grow and Plus. Jobber's comparison table shows two-way text messaging as not available on Core or Connect. Connect does include automated client notifications such as appointment reminders and one-click on-my-way texts. Grow for 1 user is $149/mo billed annually or $199/mo with no commitment.
Does Jobber Core send automatic appointment reminders?
No. Jobber lists automated client notifications (appointment reminders and on-my-way texts), automatic payments and automated quote and invoice follow-ups on Connect and above, not on Core.
Does Jobber Core sync with QuickBooks?
Not according to Jobber's plan comparison table, which shows QuickBooks Online and Xero sync starting on Connect. Zapier and Gusto integrations also start on Connect. Core does include Jobber's app marketplace and the Home Depot integration.
Which Jobber plan is the free trial on?
Jobber's 14-day free trial gives you full access to the Grow plan, with no credit card required. Pick your plan before the trial ends, and remember that Grow features like two-way texting and job costing go away if you choose Core or Connect.
Can I start on Core and upgrade later?
Yes. Jobber says you can upgrade at any time and downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle, monthly or annual. If you prepay a year, you can move up mid-year but you can't move down until the year ends.
